NicelyDone Nah, that’s has a part in it but it’s not the main reason. If he ate like this regularly he’d be able to slow down his metabolism (and become extremely fat). The thing is, when you eat a lot of calories (3k+) in one sitting, your body will not be able to handle and digest all those calories and nutrients at once and you will poop most of it out. That’s why bodybuilders recommend 6-7 meals spread out throughout the day. You can test this for yourself. Try eating 2-3k calories in one sitting, chances are you’ll be in the bathroom for a while soon after. Then try spreading out your meals for 2-3k calories. You won’t be in the bathroom much and if you do this regularly you’ll gain weight (mainly lean muscle or fat depending on what you’re eating)
