This txt Block - "Fisheries" What does the Law read concerning the activity that enables a fishery officer to have Probable Cause in any given Family Fishing Situation. For Example: Does it include a Floating Table and Chairs [occupants Feet are in the pharquen water - With Shark Repellent] so at what time does the fishery officer gain Jurisdiction. Without Committing a Breach of Rights - to gain Probable Cause to Wade Out to the Table and Chairs and Commit the Offense of Interrupting a Good Kiwi Family having Dinner .... Lets not get Emotional and take "Toheroa" as the example lets get all on the rocks and go How Many Mussels can you eat over lets say "The Low Tide" without taking your feet out of the water ??? Seriously - there is a Loophole here - I know there is at least for Kiwis having a feed so What does the Law read concerning the activity that enables a fishery officer to have Probable Cause in any given Family Fishing Situation? Here's My First Fish Stance - I Eat It - Because I'm Hungry - when I'm not pharquen Hungry I can start thinking Chuck the Nice looking fish back or Only take 50 or something. The Issue I have with this entire fishery officer thing is the Number of times in a Year I/We would get to go fishing or to get to the coast as opposed to people within 20 minutes of a boat ramp. Land/Animal Locked People may only get to see salt water if they park near the harbour to eat their fish and chips when we're having a shopping trip. On my boat ... when I had it, there was a gas cooker, It Ran hard arse till I'd had a feed, Then I could afford to be Religious ... I have eaten illegal food - I wouldn't base a YT channel on it -but shit like onion sacks on the anchor over night is ok I Never Waste Fish, but taken over a Year the fishery officer's rules prohibit me going fishing Lets see ... after dealing with all the animals it's 11:30 - what times the tide because the weather's been sh1t what's the collection like? is it worth driving 50 km to get 50 Mussels - lets take a rod and catch 18 fish over size, Lucky me it's Toheroa Season and I can travel another 50km to get 6 of those pharque off !!! I can't walk out my door without falling over sheep, goats, chickens, geese and Law's restrict my Fish to Fish and Chips once every 6 weeks - Eaten in the rain parked over looking Whangarei Harbour - between the Farm shop and Packnsave - I'm not for raping the harbours but I think an Annual Consumption of Fish as opposed to a single fishing trip would be reasonable. Law's Suck - Name One Positive Law! - Excuse me Sir, you just walked across the road Correctly here's a lollipop ............................................

Rule is the fish has to be in your bag - and there's a limit yes - What if there's only ever 1 in your bag? How many Mussels & or Pippis can you eat with your feet still in water - Gas Cooker on the Kayak/Table with Deck pharquen Chairs, a 120mm pipe to encourage the Toheroa to Leap into your Mouth but Never in a Bag ... only One Pippi in the bag ... So next txt block
