No typically, what it is is because girls under the age of 18 typically have their hair cut low. That’s how we differentiate between who is of age and who is not of age. But in addition to that she’s dark skin so dark skin girls are everything in Africa so it’s normal that she’s going to be approached at least a minimum of 10 times a day even in Europe just the complexion of her skin and the fact that she’s beautiful😊.

In my opinion, you shouldn't need a "prouuct" to make your hair free flowing. Once you wash it and blowdry or airdry, combing it everyday or every few days it in some type of protective style outside of braids and tying it up every night should keep it from turning it into a mess.
