I received my first box from ZenPop today. It was supposed to be the Shinada Global Otter one. I ordered it after seeing the cute pink otter in your unboxing. But I received the “Kawaii” box. :( I emailed them….just curious if anyone else in the comments had this happen?

ahh did you order it when the Kawaii edition box was still available on the website? Or was the otter box showing as the limited edition box when you ordered? hopefully they can help you via email!

@@Meivu my invoice said Shinada Global in the email confirmation but when I went to order I did see the Kawaii and Co box up because it was literally the day the other box started to become available. It's likely that's where the misunderstanding is from!! I'm opened the Kawaii and Co box and I liked it though. I'm hoping I can still get the other but I'm worried it's sold out. Sorry to complain under your video :') I really enjoy your stationary content as well as your mystery content.
