Not only Big Surf, there are several districts in Paradise City that are inspired by previous Burnouts such as Motor City, Waterfront, Silver Lake, and others.

I remember this track back when I played GT Legends on the PSP. I knew the track reminded me of Big Surf Island, but I didn't know it was THIS close until today!
