Good to see Al back, he's a grafter. I'm 65 in April and have no intention of retiring. I'm very, very lucky, still physically fit and manage 50 hours a week in the growing season. Listen to your body, it will tell you when it's time to slow down. 😊

Put a piece of elastoplast inside on the ring when your working so its tight or get it sized if its to lose bear in mind your fingers swell when you get hot. Bring back Al.

you should leave your ring in the van then you know where it is and it’s safer big al should come back next year because if your wife is busy and can’t help you out and if big al is there that’s two people and you can get the job done quicker and if you had an accident and your on your own and the customer are not there and you phone is dead you would be in trouble but if big al is there then big al can get help

Either start eating lots of pies, or get a jeweller to resize the ring for you slightly smaller. If it's come off like that already so soon, it'll happen again. A simple job for a jeweller, and cheaper than a new ring.

@@rossclark9588 with this particular I charge per hour per man sometimes customers will let me use their machines sometimes I’ll use mine I won’t charge less for using their tools it’s the same price Normally with grass work I do a set price I only really charge hourly for weeding work as it’s harder to judge how long it will take So weeding hourly Hedges and grass lawn cutting set price And patio cleaning jetwashing set price Hope this helps mate also I charge £25-£30 roughly Set price work is better if you can get it you’ll earn way more a day over hourly which is capping what you can earn a day

So I went to Argos and bought a ring that looked very similar to it and including my nectar points it cost me just £7. I have already lost the Argos ring once while working and yes like you I found it purely by luck. Something to think about👍

Our rings were cheap for me it’s the sentimental attachments I have to it because it’s the ring she put on my finger the wedding day our whole wedding was under £500 but we had a great day
