I use to have plantar fascitis. I think I got it from the treadmill. Mine eventually went away from not using it anymore. Those rollers for your feet should help. I got that little printer too. Havent used it but thanks for showing it.

I've had plantar fasciitis several times. It heals and then I do something stupid to reinjure it. LOL

Best thing I found for plantar fasciitis was wearing a night boot. It keeps the foot in one position while sleeping, so it can heal.

Thanks! Evie is doing well. Between her pain meds (she's off those now) and some rest, she's feeling better. We're trying a monthly injection for the arthritis to see if that helps.
