Totally forgot about your RIP tour video! I'm back in college and my mind is totally swamped. Gonna watch it next! Thanks for all the updates on the coaster. I'm really looking forward to when it opens. I'll give it one ride and then decide if I want to do more LOL. Are you going to be doing Grinchmas updates? I totally wanted to go but the Gold AP pass has blackout dates for the days I would need for my kids. So it won't be happening this year. Oh well. Looking forward to any and all updates!

JP, It is quite possible that they would change the theme of the Mummy ride to reflect newer films like they did upgrading Jurassic Park creating Jurassic World. Question, What odds would you give that some of the very first riders of our new coaster would be executives from Six Flags? There is a large patch of ground that has been cleared for quite some time at Magic Mountain. It could be that they are waiting to see our coaster and then try to top it.

Hey JP, if you look on the track supports, the place where they screw the track to the pole, there is an arrow indicating where the track goes, Last time I was there if I remember correctly the track will go the opposite way then what you explained in the video, so i think it will go through the loop and then hit the launch

it doesn’t make sense for it to go the opposite way, because the track goes over and under and rolls into the break run not the other way around??

I still think fast and furious is the wrong ip for this coaster. Imagine if it was sonic blue. Simpsons land turned into sonic land. And this would be the Sonic coaster. A hug de robotnic animatronic in the middle with arms trying to grab the train. So many more characters for sonic rather than fast and furious. Kids are into sonic and it’s nostalgic with the parents. Kids don’t care about fast and furious. The rings, tails, knuckles, robotnic, missed opportunity in my opinion

Sonic definitely isn't the right IP either. It's not a family coaster at all and the licensing for the games would probably cause complications with Nintendo World agreements. Sonic's also just not a big draw for theme parks. One good thing that'll possibly come out of it is the tram tour stop getting replaced.
