I have a hard time fitting the sidewall tool in the sides of my nail and under the free edge. They feel so tight....how long do you recommend we soak? I dont feel like the cuticle remover goes under to help .😂 Thank u for any advice, Lori

Putting a thin metal file could work! Soaking for at least 30 minutes with warm water and epsom salts should help.❤

I started watching when I damaged my big toes with excessive walking and the wrong shoes. Both nails came off and I've been doing what I can to keep the area clean and healthy and encourage the new growth. The nails are about 90% grown back. I was looking for information on what to expect particularly as the nails reached the skin at the end of the toe and seemed to be getting stuck. I used my efile to carefully smooth out that skin and the nails are now good. The last bit has a deep ridge about an 1/8th of an inch from the end of the toe. I was looking to find similar examples when I came across your channel. Haven't seen anything that matches but the transformations you provide pulled me in.

I watch for both! I appreciate your videos so much. A year ago, I couldn't even look at feet without gagging and my feet were suffering horribly for it. I've taken all of your advice and this is the first summer in over a decade that I'm actually proud of my feet, and no more gagging. I love to see the entire process and end results are just amazing ❤ I’m just starting to have some buildup of thick skin over my feet and toe nails because I have not been able to do it myself properly due to spine injury and surgery 2 years ago. My nail salon doesn’t clear the excess of skin, they just make them look good with a very light scrub but not enough to leave them completely clean of the dead skin. My husband has had his toenails with fungus and many treatments with the foot dr but still the fungus still there as the only solution my hubby was given was to remove the toenail but he is no willing to do. I’ve done some treatments thanks to your videos and I’m starting to remove slowly the dead toenails so I’m hoping it will be better by the end of this year. I’m planning to buy the liquids as the previous ones I bought I spilled them in the box I have my tools 😢😂 Thank you for your kindness and advice ❤

I’m in my 80’s and have a hard time reaching my toes. Big toenails are very thick and hard to cut. Have some discomfort in the corners of big toes. I enjoy watching all your videos and am amazed at the good results.

Hi, Lori ! Oh, boy…perfect timing. ❤ I’ve made a great amount of success for my feet thanks to your products and instruction. Now that I’ve got the fungus taken care of on my hardcore Gardner’s feet, I’m very much waiting for more new growth. -Now for the current problem with my big toenails that has me miffed…. On the outside of nail it is has angled in and where the curve begins is where I’m missing a triangle of nail towards the middle; where it had lifted. Not exactly sure what came first…likely the fungus made it worse. I also have a slight bunion on that toe. Somehow I feel it will never grow out without the curve. It is quite a bit shorter on the outside than the inside. I do keep the very deep sidewall clear . For the first time…it’s starting to hurt. I’ve been patient but wanting to try the acrylic band technique. Both myself and my oldest daughter have been to cosmetology school and she would help me. I found you because I was trained better at manicures than any pedicure I had received. Usually for a treat, but the cost was hardly worth what I could do myself…because many see it as a beauty treatment and not for the health of your toes. Also, I’ve been helping a dear friend of mine that can not reach her toes very well and doesn’t want the shame of going to a salon. She’s been so appreciative and loves the improvements she’s seeing. Together we purchased the nail mycosis and are a few weeks in. I’ve been considering purchase it the E-file that you offer, but the price has gone up, so I started searching around more. Still in the market, but not wanting to sacrifice quality. Hope you were able to take the time to read through this…I know it got lengthy. Thanks for all that you do!! Melissa

Melissa, I’m happy to hear your nails are on the mend and you have some experience. I’ve been kicking around an idea for an offer to give my customers the best chance of success. I know people have to decide if products are worth it. I promise they are. If I paired the Electric file with a course on how to use it to increase the value would that be appealing? Same for the Pincer toenail kit, pair it with a how to use it properly and apply the band. I could make several bundle deals with lots of education. What do you think?

I like to see the transformation of the ingrown toe nail. I would be interested in see a client who has had ingrown nails permanently removed and what the cleaning of the toe looks like. I’ve had my ingrown nails removed and just wonder what my pedicure should look like.

I definitely love seeing the progress of the toes. I have an old injury to the nail growth plate (a tricycle accident at 4 yrs old) so my nail grows with permanent ridges. It has been ground down too thin before by manicurists that those ridges offend. This caused me over a year of pain from having no protection to my toe. How do I communicate with my manicurist about this anomaly? And what do I need to make sure gets done to protect this toe from growing in unhealthy?

I need to work on my husband's toe. When he was young, he had an ingrown big toenail, the doctor literally took a pair of plyers and pulled it off. Thinking that would do the trick but it grew back yellow and built up with uck. All your videos are interesting, and I love to see the transformation! I will keep you posted on his progress!! Ok, because you said what my issue is I'm going to muster the nerve and ask. I've had 2 knee replacement surgeries and as of right now 1 hip replacement, mobility is my definite issue. I'm just here for the chunky gunkies! I love to see all the subungual debris and the debris in the side walls. (Autocorrect wanted to change it to "I live to see..." and that would have worked, too.) That being said, I can't get the right angle to cut my toenails. I have non-diabetic polyneuropathy, with a sensory neuropathy in my feet, so I'm always worried I'm going to cut myself when I try to cut my nails (as I have done so many times), so often I just file them instead. The closest MM-trained nail tech to me is about 4 hours away. Honestly, without having significant problems, I'm not willing to travel.

Hi Lori 👋 I have had 3 surgeries since August and will have my final surgery, my last bad hip replaced, next month. I'm doing fantastic, but I can not yet reach my toes well enough to do an at-home pedicure. You should see me contort myself to work with your sidewall cleaner 😂 I'd LOVE to hear your ideas that may help. The outside corner of my big toe builds up extra skin, and I can't find a nail tech who knows how to take care of it. Im so frustrated bc I've watched your videos for years and if I could just easily reach my feet I would get this taken care of with the use of all your tools and products that I've purchased to take care of my mom's feet in her last years. I have preconceived ideas taught me about avoiding ingrown toenails. Instruction to cut the nail straight across. So to do the clip you do at the front corners of the front of the big toe clipping inward and back on the sides scares me but you have the experience that it fixes the toenail and does not cause harm. I have a problem of build up that may take a dremel to take it down and I do not feel experienced to mess around, but I may, limiting myself how much I do. I worry about the sides growing in to the toe if I clip back and inward on the sides of the toe.

2 different people stepped on each of my big toes and one pivoted on one.Both were big and diabetics so they didn't feel my foot.. It's been years working with my toes but finally dug out a puece of nail broken off in the corner of the base of the nail.i don't know on the other what part to clear away. OK, so my toe is doing that curly thing and it was after I went to a pedicurist and she started messing up my toes! Big second, so you said that you have trained some people and I’m wondering if there’s somebody in Salt Lake City Utah or even Park city Utah that you would recommend? I bought all of your stuff and I think I could do a lot of stuff on my own, but I don’t wanna mess it up and I have done a little bit so they don’t hurt anymore but I also don’t think they’re fixed completely well they’re not specially the second one they’re the hardest but I can put my finger under these little pointy things but they’re not growing out so that’s the problem.
