As a cyclist I always try and get out of the way of working drivers , though as others have said its not always easy to to it safely, having driven vineyard tractors on the road (not fun!)I used to try and pull over but people aren’t keen on letting you out again. How about getting rid of a few nitros oxide canisters they should go well or compare a steel toecap to a fibreglass one ?

I’m my cyclist and a farmer, always do my best not to hold traffic up. Do think you need to be careful not to think that because you’re working you’re more important than others. We’re all equals on the road, this is where a lot of the issues lie between motorists and cyclists. Love the videos, keep up the good work.

While I get your point about moving out of the way on a bike (and I usually do if it is safe), the reality is the edges of too many roads are now in such a potholed mess, pulling over into gateways are likely to result in me going over the bars, potentially putting me under your wheels. Also the act of slowing for the manoeuve, even if I have signalled, catches a lot of drivers out because they are not paying sufficent attention and I have previously been hit from behind as a result (fortunately a car rather than a Fendt). Rule 169 does not apply to cyclists but after over 35 years of riding on the road, I know it makes sense to follow it if I am on a training ride and there is a queue behind me. It would be nice to see a few other drivers understand what that rule means, especially the John Deere driver I was following in a queue this afternoon who passed 3 suitable laybys with nearly 20 cars behind him, including some of us who were also working.

if i can slow or move into a gate way im generally happy to move out of a tractors way but sometimes it can be a really difficult choice, if you have a tractor right up behind you, and there isnt a great place to pull over it can feel intimidating if they are driven aggressively and you just get your head down and hope they pull off first. A bit of patience goes along way and respect goes all ways on the roads

I work in forestry and we use kerb chemical for killing of the grass round trees in winter. We use it in the rain and frost and had no problems with it. All chemical put on my knapsack sprayers, some hard graft.

Went and sprayed weedkiller on all my lawn, after I finished realized I used the wrong bottle , not the selective HB, but the Glyphosate type 😢😢😢 will have to buy some seed next week and have an April Garden task now.. laying a new lawn!!

Btw thank you to all the farmers out there, just made a late Sunday dinner and some farmer made delicious potatoes that roasted well and crunchy, some farmer raised good cattle and the T-bone we had was brilliant! A farmer made delicious olive oil, someone worked magic and made miniature sweet carrots that taste like candy. Someone made the dishwasher and someone dug some coal up so we have electricity. Thanks all you're the real stars. Here's an idea, it's like the Hydraulic Press channel from Finland but with a roller, you put up a list on Ebay of items and/or people can request something and you set the price on there, you run it over with the roller and they'll get their name on the hood or on a sticker. It's like a crushing birthday bumper.
