Some sound leveling is in order here, the instruments overpower the singer to where you can barely hear her over them.

yep- we agree! Part of it had to do with where the videographer was situated in the room, and definitely a part of is was legit leveling issues in the space at the time. We had a few mics recording the stage in addition to the video camera's mic, but we're going to try to mic Annie separately for future video recordings to have better control of her volume (as well as try to balance out the instruments better live).
