Saw in another comment this was sept. 30th. How’s the trail traffic this time of year? I was gonna head out there this year beginning of September but did a international trip instead. So now planning Colorado next year end of September into October. Looks like the perfect time of year to visit to me.

Alpine loop had some traffic but the other trails were pretty clear for the most part. We did Thursday Friday Saturday and relaxed in telluride on Sunday.

@@DreamVicarious glad you enjoy them and thanks for the support. I think it snowed a few days later and made most of the pass difficult. Late Sep is the best timeline in my opinion. Anything later is putting things to chance
