Get an upgraded aluminum valve cover, plug your head ports, and get a vtt dual catch can setup. That stopped all my smoking issues

The Carmel Macchiato in your catch can could be from running regular water in your cooling system instead of distilled or antifreeze, the minerals in the water seep through your gaskets and mix with the oil but it won't really cause crazy damage

​Change the head gasket and get the head checked for warping while it's off the car...if it's warped you can either use a thicker gasket (cheap hack) or have the head machined so the surface is nice and flat. On these it's usually the head that warps before the block. Head gasket is also a great time to clean your valves while you're in there. Sometimes when your valves are carboned up enough you'll see some smoke...good to do it either way though. You can also just pop off the intake manifold, rent a media blaster and load it with thin grain walnut shells. Just make sure the valves are closed on the port you're blasting and use a breaker bar to turn the crank to seal the remaining ones so you can get those too. There also could be coolant getting into your turbo at best if the line isn't sealed right or worse if there's a crack somewhere in the coolant passage.

An an n63 owner I’d say it’s not likely valve stem seals. If those were bad you wouldn’t see smoke unless you would idle for 10 minutes and then gas it. I’d say your pcv valve is bad or the pcv system in your valve cover is bad. My friend blew up his n54 pcv valve and it had the exact same symptoms as yours! Valve stem seals probably wouldn’t cause blow by in your pcv . Check your compression again, do a leak down test and investigate your pcv system further

Seems like the smoke could be head gasket. Try some head gasket sealer before its too late. You're lucky your engine hasn't blown yet. Try BlueDevil Head Gasket Sealer

If you get a vtt valve cover go for the billet one. I got the cast one and it had three holes in the casting that leaked. Had to seal holes straight from factory lol. Or go m18. Vtt won't get my money again

What's the oil feed to the turbo? Any restrictor? Some use new pressure regulator between the feed and the turbo. If have sufficient drain maybe getting to much feed? When my catch can was insufficient it smoked badly.. I now use 3/4 hose to feed a giant dual filter can and there's zero oil in my inlet. That nasty looking condensation is normal. What happens when you drive in colder weather. Mount the can in the warmest spot possible.
