My friend has pop tune. I think its cool for a show car or maybe a side car, but for a daily it gets pretty obnoxious. He loves it and that's all that maters. I wouldn't ever do it. I am currently running stock suspension, Borla S-Type Cat-Back Exhaust. I am going to be getting H&R Sport Springs soon. I hear a lot of bad things about the cars struts and shocks wearing down faster, but they only drop 1.3'' and my GTI is only clocked at 28600km. I work from home and only really drive for pleasure at this point so she has plenty of life left in the stock components.

Get the ProdigyWerks 4 piston brake kit on eBay. They are a retrofit for non-PP rotors, so it's pretty easy/cheap to replace. There's also a LOT of great pads avaliable for cheap, and the ones they include are pretty good as well. Bought them for $500... No idea how much they're asking for them right now. They literally saved my life the same week I had them installed lol.
