According to this one article from SBNation, JT's issue is due to aging which caused change to his timing and form. Apparently, the holds were perfect. There's no quick fix for him to adjust his form and muscle memory. It's just hope and prayer now. IMO, it's affecting him mentally too. You can see it in his eyes that he's losing confidence with each miss.

Can't blame anybody but the Ravens for this. You know your team is run heavy. Why trade for a WR who will be looking to get a good amount of targets a game. Yeah, Sutton would have been a better fit. Also I feel the organization needs a new breath of fresh air. Harbaugh needs to go if the Ravens don't make it to the superbowl. Nah we lost because Eagles have a WR that always bullies us (AJ Brown), an MVP candidate for a RB, and two of the best DTs in the league (Jordan Davis/Jalen Carter). Their defense has crazy chemistry since so many of them are former Georgia Bulldogs.

It's a very big head scratcher why we brought him in but since we did I have really wanted him to work out dude can be a beast. But our offense wasn't the issue it's hard to watch Zadarious Smith making a impact in 5 games in Detroit & our pass rush lacks at overall getting pressure we just aren't consistent, yes we are 3rd in sacks but you aren't always gonna get sacks & just pressure creates turnovers & helps create bad throws we just aren't good at that.

The elephant in the room is that no veteran WR can really eat w/ Lamar Jackson. LJ needs to always play w/ rookies and young WR that’s willing to accept that for the most part their route running is wasted. Your big plays will likely be on broken come back routes or because the defense quite on plays - not from coordinated cohesion with your QB.
