Don't just had the one plus pad 2 and the galaxy tab s9 plus the Samsung screen is way better and the fingerprint scanner alone make it better than the one plus I'm returning the one keeping the galaxy. The one plus screen look washed out lots of blooming

i think its a good option for android personally but depends on how you'll be using it, then you have the ipad 10 and ipad air 6 would be good options for that aspect ratio/shape

I had S9 Ultra 5G, I switched to Oneplus Pad 2 and its amazing! I love the keyboard case also, plus the software is a joy. I hated the aspect ratio of S9 Ultra. Too big, too wide.

​I have sold my samsung tab s9 fe plus for this OnePlus pad 2 and am very sad because of poor latency and accuracy of stylus😢. In every third party note taking app the latency is super high while the samsung s pen was well optimised not only in samsung notes app even in third party app ​now am missing my samsung tab and I can confirm this OnePlus pad is only for Gamer not for the students

Nice review. I have both the Oneplus Pad 2 and the Ipad Pro 5,. and in everyday use i dont have any complaints to any of these two tablets. I also use both to do some video and photo editing, and also here, they both do very well. Haven't done any side by side speed comparison, but I dont have any issues with speed on either. To me the only big difference between these two, is the sound from the inbuilt speakers. The sound quality from the Oneplus doesn't come close to the iPad period. The Oneplus have some minor bugs at this moment, but i believe these soon will be fixed from updates.

Again, a very informative video. Personally, I own the original pad and I've been quite satisfied with it. As much as I would love a generation 3 processor, I'm having a hard time justifying an upgrade. Especially, when I factor in the money I spent on the original. As far as that is concerned, it has been a great value.

@jmm41212 I feel the screen aspect is perfect for movies. The pen works perfectly and I have no issues taking notes. In addition, the OS works as well as every OnePlus device. In other words, extremely smooth.

Well, kinda but no. I mean Pad 1 comes with 128GB only which nowadays is literally nothing and no SD slot. When it comes to long use, better spend 100 bucks extra to get 256GB, bugger screen, better chip etc.

@@Calvin_M. That's a valid case, but an extra 128GB isn't much for someone that is actually using storage on the device anyhow. I just use a USB flash drive to store my media. Other than that, it's just for consuming media content.

If you are planning to do a a lot of gaming or doing social media stuff then get the Pad 2. If you are just going to productive work or other things then just stick to the first one. I am going to get the first one.

I think I can get the Oneplus pad 2 for £270 if I trade in my original Oneplus pad. I am grateful for this video because I don't think it's worth the upgrade. The big thing for me are the speakers and it doesn't really sound like the new Oneplus pad 2 speakers are that much of an upgrade. Thank you for the video Mike.

So looking for a new tablet for ky daughter whp has an old Samsung a7 which was her first tablet. She mostly opays roblox and a few other games as well as using it for youtube. The pad 1 is down to 300 in the uk. Not sure if the 2 is worth the extra for her usage.

Yeah, but it's never 550, just a marketing thing. It costs 499, and right now 460 with free stylos or case and earphones... Kinda chip honestly for its quality. One of the best, if not the best, deals.
