BIG WEEK ON THE FARM

Big week on the farm as all the potatoes and sprouts are finally planted.
John talks us through the sprout plants and their optimum conditions for growth.
John B, the Water Technician shows us how the irrigator works.
Paul plants the last potato field of 2023. Huge thanks to the potato crew for all their hard work and long hours during the planting. Won't be long now until the digging!
Some beetroot to plant next and that will be all the planting complete for 2023.

Just a quick question How many gallons an acre/hectare is required to make the equivalent of 10ml of rain🤔

General rule is 1000 gallons per 1mm of rain so about 10000 gallons per acre Sean
