It's due to fitting 20" wheels, the original Supra came with 17" wheels. Car has original 6 speed V160 Getrag gearbox

But even attached, it would be bouncing around because it's attached to the seat mount with one single zip tie 😛 not sure though, could be something else but I can imagine a fire extinguisher bouncing around and hitting the chair and footwell to make such a knocking sound
