Yes I like that Big Z’s videos aren’t full of tonnes of other crap to wade through before you actually see a set. His training itself seems remarkably simple as well and made him stronger than anyone else.

Part of what I love about these is that they are straight forward ant to the point, no needless chatter like Shaw has. Granted what Shaw does is sometimes entertaining and such as well, but I just love the way Big Z handles these.

Big Z does these to provide information while Shaw, Eddie, Thor, and Martins are doing it to entertain their fans. Both are great because Shaw has a million subscribes and is bringing new people into the sport including me. I liked WSM on ESPN but it wasn't until I started watching Shaw's videos that I got into the sport. However once you are already in strongman Big Z is great because then you can learn how to be better from the best of the best.

Just hit shoulders today! Unfortunately I don’t have dumbbells and barbells at home nor weights, so I had to rely on two backpacks filled with books and some calisthenics exercises. It does the job though!
