Load a chain belt up. And do dips as heavy as possible 3x a week. You will bench more.

I reckon you should create a dumbbell called the Wenning bell specifically designed for the first exercise.

I learned the power rack tricep extension back in the mid 80s, the dude who did them had pro bodybuilding triceps. We did them with an easy curl bar, and you can do drop sets by moving closer to make them easier.

I'm going to start using the 2nd exercise on my deload and work the form in on my pressing days. I'm really tall/long so this seems that it would be rather difficult for me. Things like this where I'm not constantly loading and unloading plates I think will be very useful, especially when traveling.

Did these this morning and the modified bench you should us, I go to throat can’t go that far back bar hit rack. Anyway this will be my tricep training for a while went thru all exercises , very light and tris are on fire. Thanks for posts

Great video. Been doing the "head roll throughs" for a while now as the final triceps movement in a bench workout. They have helped me build more power and endurance (believe it or not) in bench movements. Prior, when I'd fail it was because my tries died by the later bench sets. Since incorporating these, that has stopped completely. I do three sets to failure, which is safe because when you reach your limit, just step in. No weights to drop. Thanks for the tips!

I did the head roll throughs yesterday for an arm training session and today I woke up with my abs on fire and I didn't even do any direct ab work. Better than any combination of crunches and sit ups.

My daughter is going for her Masters in Athletic Training with a goal of working with those serving our country. She's learned that there is a demand for civilians in this role. Any advice I can pass along?

I've had issues with elbow popping and pain, is there anything you reccomend to help with that? Especially with tricep isolation exercises

If you have pain in your inner part of the elbow it can be golfers elbow. That can be caused by inflammation from putting alot of stress on the tricips. Locking out on any exercise puts more stress on the joints. You can go almost to lock out and you would be all good. As for golfer elbow, if you noticed the pain the most after hitting triceps; do reverse grip bicep curls and wrist curls. Developing your extensor helped me to get rid of my golfers elbow and is back by science.

I’ve done 185 lbs for 6 sets of 10 since November of last year and just yesterday on my very last rep I failed even tho I’ve done all 60 reps before during previous workouts no problem on some days but even after benching 185 for so long I actually failed to complete my last set. It’s like my results are going backwards

Sounds like you may not be recovering enough between sessions. You should check to see if your sleep, diet, and other recovery modalities are in check. Or perhaps you're just doing too much volume.

200% of volume even for mass. 60 reps is way too much especially of such a stagnant weight. You will certainly get weaker over time, guaranteed.

Hey, I believe I'm still a novice since I'm so weak, although I've been training for 3 years. My question is: "When should I implement these exercises into my routine?". Since these are accessory movements do I need them as a novice? (I'm a 17 year old male. My bench is around 135 lbs and my OHP is around 90 lbs. I like doing 3x per week full body workouts and 1 day only arms, 4 days per week in total). Thanks.
