Also ,lol I put my finger near the water surface and he curiously slowly checks me out,no matter where I put my finger slowly he comes ,and noone else ..He knows alot..and they are very social fish.......

Hi, I would like to know about Sailfin Plecos? Everything & all advice from when small to big,length,width,size. Filter system,airstone,heater,plants,real driftwood. I have a 55 gallon aquarium with a sailfin pleco. I need help with all the advice I can get. I also need to know which is really important to me the bigger the aquarium what themometer is best for different size tanks since the temperature is colder at the bottom,middle,then top part of water the temperature is much warmer. To keep it well circulated without a unstable temperature ranges. In the summer when it's hot how to cool the water temperature so the fish don't suffocate from the heat increase in the water temperature. I've cycled my tank and everything up to more about knowing all about the pleco itself. Thx in advance. Extremely important when no one explains about these species and such. Your advice would be out where it's important to be aware of fish from petstores or from purchasing all kinds of different fish,etc. Most people need the (!!!!Knowledge!!!!)

i have a couple questions to ask; 29 gallon tank we have 2 common goldfish and a common bait minnow we got about 2 years ago as (feeder fish) 1" and they have grown to about 4" now; they're going great just how big can these guys get ? we are considering finding a new home so they can stay healthy ? 2) on feeding ; we have both flake and pellets , we have to get it from big "W" so we know it isn't the best we can get but it's local ; petsence is near us but their line of aquatic supplies are seriously lacking i'm trying to figure the amount to give them but i don't have a scale to get the right ratio the directions on the containers are very general no real help there being retired we are home so we can space the feeding through out the day i was considering maybe 1/8 to 1/4 of a teaspoon for pellets (soak till drop) and maybe 1/2 teaspoon for flakes 3 times a day ... (not all at once) lol please give your opinions on this idea thanks,

I knew that they ( Beta) can hear,I couldn't see my male, and I was starting to panic,I heard that they jumped,so as I am saying where's Mommy's big boy,I went to turn on the master light,I turned around and there he was with his little pec fins going a mile a minute, saying Here I am...lol I swear he hears me,NO DOUBT !!!! also besides my scare tonight, lots of times he reacts to my voice,
