Got my ticket ! I have not been to L.A. since summer of 1981. I am only going to see Ms. Angelina Jordan. Traveling from Texas. Flying in Friday morning. Hanging around in a secured area. Then Traveling to the concert venue. Then returning to the airport and taking a flight home before 1 am. About 26 hours from the time I leave Texas and then return. I attended the Portsmouth concert and the 2 Las Vegas concerts. I stayed overnight in both locations. But L.A., Nomas no. Loco pero no tan loco.😄🖖

@@ulyseslabajo ALL CONCERTS SHOULD HAVE A PPV OPTION. World populations have outstripped capacities of most venues. Good luck getting a decent price at the venue the first day. Or for new bands is it worth two hours of driving, parking, $15 pint etc for a 90 minute show.

Dimash had a digital show and was sponsored advertised and handled well. I tried three times to get into ajs show but links never worked. Paid but had to wait over a year to see a leaked copy. I think it was poorly executed and not the audience.

This show/event (New Music introduced) is truly, at the very least, one hugely significant "Moment in Time" for AJ's totality of her career. It represents many "Firsts" potentially ... 1st official L.A. "hometown" show. Where she attended school all of her high school years ( and primarily resides here in L.A.). Rob and Republic may serve this show (if the family chooses) to give Angelina the "full" industry showcase premiere ie. inviting all the celebs and music industry contacts that both Republic and AJ exclusively have made during her early career. Thus the idea of allowing this to be the 'full marketing launch' show to her recording career. Knight14646, seriously needs to reconsider his thought on AJ. She has to participate in things, events, to widen her global reach. She has a message. All that said though... she truly is an artist his heart and soul is 'elite'🌹 Cheers 🥂

I hope that the price of tickets does not keep people from attending the concert. Angelina is not that well known like Taylor Swift, of Dua Lipa to justify high ticket prices. I would pay top dollar for a front row seat at a Angelina Jordan concert because I know what the quality of the concert will be in advance.

Agree. For us diehard fans I think most of us would be willing to pay the price (at least the lowest price) but newer fans that might just be getting into her would be hard pressed to justly paying that much for someone who is still relatively unknown. Why not some shows at some small venues with reasonable prices where casual music fans can discover her.

I remember some angels went to Toby Gad show last June and Toby told them that he would like to have a show with Angelina but on a much bigger venue and will talk to her when she comes back. I wonder if it has something to do with that.🙂

Since I was the one who spoke with Toby, I will clarify what Toby and I spoke about: I asked Toby if he would do an another show at the Vibrato with Angelina. He said he would “like to”, but he wished for a larger venue since the Vibrato can only hold 150 people. He said Angelina “deserves a larger audience”.

Everyone should know that attendees have to be over the age of 21. Even minors accompanied by a parent or guardian will not be admitted. If you go to Angelina’s official web page, click the “Tour” button, then scroll down below where the tickets are, and you will see the “Terms and Conditions”. In the second section, you will see the age requirement. This must mean that the venue serves alcohol, but not food. California law is pretty strict in these situations. I would hate for a parent to buy tickets and then get turned away at the door! Especially since there are no refunds. UPDATE: The webpage with the TERMS and CONDITIONS has changed! Right now, that section has been removed in its entirety, as of 8/10/24 at 6:15 Eastern.

Being an Angelina fan can be a little challenging at times. Always so much mystery surrounding her. I found out about the concert today from a comment by Andy Schnell on a reaction video. The tickets went on presale today but how were fans supposed to know about that? I didn’t see any announcement on KZbin, instagram or TikTok. I did check her website a little while ago and did see the info under Tours but there usually isn’t much new on the website so I don’t check it very often. Again I think the short notice, limited publicity and high ticket prices are unfortunate. I hope there are more announcements in various location so not just select fans happen to see them. That makes it difficult to fill the venue. It’s a little surprising that they would set those price points too at this stage in her career especially if one of her goals is to eventually attract a younger audience. I live in the LA area and would love to go. I’m going to try to make it.

Thank you for the update. Much appreciated. I can't attend this concert. It's too short notice and too expensive for me. I attended a Lindsey Stirling Christmas concert last year. I purchased the VIP package which included a front row ticket, pre concert get together, meet and greet with photo op and an autograph. It cost about $400. Just saying. In March I attended a WWE show and purchased a VIP ticket. I had a meet and greet with 4 WWE superstars (autograph, picture, photo op.). I met Jay Uso and Damage Control (Kari Sane, Iyo Skye and Dakota). I was in row two. We were given a bag of souvenirs. Program, autograph book, Dad hat, small replica belt. I watched the show from row 2 from ringside. It cost $600. In June I see Lady Gaga in Vegas. I didn't get a VIP ticket but purchased a ticket somewhat close to but not in the front row. I was near the stage. Second row of seats. It was quite an elaborate production. I paid $500. The Haus of Gaga in the venue of the concert featuring her shoes, clothes, motorcycle, egg and other accessories was free admission. I think this concert is overpriced.

Incidentially its dead silent on all her socials so far about the concert. If you dont monitor the website, you wont know it. So maybe thats a way to make it a fan presale, without needing to go to the length Rammstein did. They did a presale through their official fanclub. Paying members only.

I checked it only because someone mentioned the concert in a reaction video comment. It’s almost like she’s trying to keep it a secret. Being a presale maybe there will be a general sale with more publicity but with short notice you wouldn’t think there is the time for a presale, just make a big announcement now. If this concert is to promote her new album and it involves music written with Toby Gad, then he should be involved in promoting it. The album should be released sometime in the next couple of weeks now that the Olympics are coming to a close, and before the beginning of football season and people become preoccupied with that. Toby and Jordan need to get on Television to promote the album and the concert, so that it’s not a ticket failure like the Las Vegas shows, which were only promoted on KZbin. Toby is well known in the Los Angeles music scene so getting on TV and promoting his music won’t be a problem. He and Jordan appearing on television to promote the album’s single and release is an absolute must, and promoting the concert will ensure a sellout! If they rely on KZbin again, ticket sales will be abysmal, just as they were for the Vegas shows. If they appear on television and she sings If I Were a Boy and/or Bad Valentine, they’ll sell out the Hollywood Bowl.

Just looked on the map of were the concert going to be, what the hell, why didn't they have the concert in orange county, 50 miles south of LA. I've been to both Angelina's concerts but i wouldn't go to LA to witness the second coming of Jesus Christ. That place is a toilet. The chances of having your car there when you leave the concert is about 50% Good luck..!!!

Ridiculous prices for someone who hasn’t really been on the scene in the USA long, and no real albums…. Plus airfare, plus hotels, plus restaurant costs, plus whatever else.. out of touch and out of line.. it doesn’t cost that much to see Grammy winning artists, who have a track record… maybe she needs to come down to earth before she shoots for the moon….. now she’s become an elitist….

@@Knight14649 This is an opportunity to see her in a fairly intimate setting, where you can actually ‘see’ her. I have been to performances of those big stars you are talking about, and sat in the nose bleed seats…. Sure, I got to hear thru the sound system, but when I saw Linda Rhonstat and Stevie Nicks they were about a half inch tall from my seat! I couldn’t see the facial expressions as they sang. Or catch the nuances of their mouths as they expressed themselves in the emotional part of the song. I am grateful that I have the chance to see Angelina up close and personal BEFORE she breaks out! Yes, it’s worth EVERY penny of the airfare, the hotel room, the rental car, the restaurants, AND the ticket to see her! Chances like this don’t happen very often in life, and I’m not going to miss this one!

Thanks Chris for putting this out! First I had heard about this concert. Similar to you, I justified the Las Vegas trip because I could visit my son and brother who live in the Las Vegas area. I enjoyed both of the concerts immensely. Loved meeting other fans and some of the people that I've followed on KZbin, you, Steve @stevecallaway1 and James @summaEngineer , etc. I'm bummed! Short notice, stealth promotion, "high" prices, no idea what the venue is ... In Las Vegas, I agonizingly vacillated back and forth on the "meet and greet" but couldn't justify the $499 plus on top of everything else. I hoped that the high prices on the meet and greet were a function of the Las Vegas scene, but apparently not. With much regret, I think I'll have to sit this one out.

but general admission price is USD 140, which is also in line with the lower end ticket prices for her Portsmouth concert last year. I bought 2 tickets for the Vegas show and donated to the US Army veterans.

I just heard about this concert from Chris' @BigAngieFan808 video and haven't really delved into it. I briefly looked at the ticket sales on Angelina's website and they seem vague to me. I am not sure exactly what "general admission", "VIP section" "meet n greet", etc. mean. I attended the concert in Las Vegas and had a seat 2nd row, front center and enjoyed it immensely. I was close enough for Angelina @AngelinaJordanOfficial to hear me speak and respond although I'm not sure she could see through the bright lights. If I were (on short notice) to arrange time off from work, airline tickets, lodging, transportation, etc. I would not be interested in "general admission" whatever that may actually mean. I'd be starting at the "VIP SECTION or the "VIP SECTION + MEET N GREET and that is listed as $320.89 and $961.14 although, once again, I don't know exactly what those terms mean. A bit steep for my budget, especially for two people. Perhaps my outlook will change when more information becomes available. I'm a big fan and have followed Angelina for many years and hope to see her perform in person in the future.❤

The prices on her page are the same, they just don't include the service fees. But the links go to Eventbrite, then they are included. The terms and conditions state that you must be 21 or older to attend, so beware of that if you e.g. considered to go with your whole family.

@@josephjordan1068 this is the definition of general admission tickets: General admission (GA) is a type of ticket that allows a person entry to an event but does not guarantee a specific seat assignment. With a general admission ticket, you may be given a specific area to sit or stand in, but you won't have a specific seat reserved for you. Now we need to know first the name of the venue she will perform and then we will know if general admission has seats or not and the layout and capacity of the concert venue. They will announce it soon. VIP prices for this LA concert are in line with the prices for Las Vegas (after row 5)
