Because He ﷺ can neither read nor write, but the Holy Quran has high literature in it. 2) The Quran has lots of hidden scientific & unknown historical details in it, some revealed & some not yet revealed. That's why the Quran has challenged that no one can come up with 1 verse like it. Whenever the need arises, God will reveal those hidden details at that exact moment. 3) Hope you are aware of the history of Prophet Moses (Moosa Alaihissalaam), at least about how He parted the Red Sea & the Pharaoh died in it. This event has happened around 1250 B.C. (before Christ). Although the Egyptians preserved the bodies of the kings, no one knows or ever found whether Pharaoh's body was preserved. 1800 years later, around the year 610s (A.D.) the Quran has revealed [in verse 10:92] “Today, we will preserve your body, to set you up as a lesson for future generations. Unfortunately, many people are totally oblivious to our signs". 4) So when this Quran verse was revealed, no one had ever found Pharaoh's body. As I said, whenever the necessary arises, God will reveal its hidden details. Just like this guy in this video, 100 years ago people might have already claimed that this is just a story & not a history. So in the year 1881, God revealed Pharaoh's body to make the people understand that this is indeed a history & the Quran's claim is true. 5) So from the year 610s until 1880, Muslims believed Pharao's body was preserved by God somewhere, although they are not aware of it. Here I want to share some details; the Holy Quran [verses 55:19-21] says "He released the two seas, meeting [side by side]; Between them is a barrier [so] neither of them transgresses. So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?". This means 2 oceans will meet, but not mix with each other. This scientific fact was only discovered within 100 years, although Muslims believed in it even though there was no proof until the scientists discovered it. 6) Unlike many of the Holy Scriptures before the Quran was revealed (like the Torah & Bible), when God has spoken of something that is beyond understanding, people of that time will slightly modify the verses according to their understanding. This is how many of the Holy Scriptures corrupted over the years, there are plenty of variations & versions available now. Some of the Holy Books are translated into many languages, and later, people translated the 'already translated version' of the Holy Books. This eventually made God's message getting corrupted and made unclear. 7) But in the Quran, God has promised that he will preserve the Quran. [Quran 15:9] "It is certainly We Who have revealed the Reminder, and it is certainly We Who will preserve it". And also in [Quran 85:21-22] "In fact, this is a glorious Quran, 'recorded' in a Preserved Tablet". So until today, there's only 1 version of the Quran all these years since it was revealed. These were a few of the unique qualities of the Holy Quran.
