38:30 MISINFORMATION. Ozone does not close and open in a cycle. Ozone depletion was caused by us and it was put to an end by us with The Montreal Protocol. It took years to implement, and we humans fixed it. If we did not intervene it would have worsened to the point of no return.

@@brownknight ozone depletion is a seasonal phenomenon not like cycle but it does weaken during hot climatic conditions around the world naturally . Humans just worsened it. Montreal protocol did the job well.
