In terms of food, I do agree with Sheldon though. I go through most of my life avoiding changes/challenges and a significant part of that is related to food. I don't experiment much. For example, out of habit (and also budgeting), Thursdays and Saturdays are always instant ramen days. Fridays are miso soup and rice. I only drink coffee on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, this has a lot to do with maintaining energy at work : Mondays are spent trying to acclimatize to the start of the week. Tuesdays are my peak (hence no coffee). Wednesdays are when my productivity starts dipping and I lose motivation for work.
