When they said back after a year they were just refering to their comeback. This was actually the first Killing VOICE. Before this there was Killing VERSE for rappers. Killing Voice was essentially created for Mamamoo and everyone else followed.

It's called a medley, Justin. What Solar said at the beginning was a bit confusing but this was their first and only appearance on Killing Voice. Nobody does it more than once and, as others have mentioned, Mamamoo was the first group to appear in this new series. Dingo had been running a Killing Verse series for rappers and added the Killing Voice for singers. As I recall Solar approached Dingo about doing a Killing Verse and they said, Nah, you're not a rapper but how about bringing MMM over to kick off a Killing Voice series? Btw, Solar is a wannabe rapper and she and Wheein formed a hilarious mock hip hop duo calling themselves MC Dduk and MC Ddak. I think Solar said they were back because they hadn't made a comeback in about a year at that time (2020) and had just released the Travel album, as Wheein mentioned. The first song is called Mr Ambiguous and yes, it was their debut single. Mamamoo started with a retro concept and most of their early songs include elements of jazz, swing and 60's soul. Mr Ambiguous was written for Quincy Jones by the co-CEO of MMM's label and the girls performed it for Quincy when he was in Seoul for a concert while they were still trainees and didn't have a name for their group yet. QJ decided not to use the song, which was originally called Mamamoo, so the song was retitled, the group took the name Mamamoo and Mr Ambiguous was released as their debut song. Decalcomanie is a French word that basically means decal - an artistic transfer process that produces a mirror image. The next song listed in Korean only is called Starry Night. The medley included all four title tracks from Mamamoo's landmark four album series 4 Season 4 Color: Starry Night, Egotistic, Wind Flower and Gogobebe. Mamamoo spent the first half of 2023 on their first world tour including 9 shows in the US, where they joined TLC, Destiny's Child and the Spice Girls as the only girl groups to sell over 70K tickets on their debut US tour. You might have missed your chance to see a MMM concert but we all hope they do another world tour and I hope you get to see them live. Being under contract with three different companies while staying busy with various solo and subunit projects must make scheduling difficult but they did perform as a full group at a festival after Hwasa left RBW and signed with P-Nation in July. We should hear something about their group plans within a few months.

@@r1ta95 Nope. If you're reffering Solar said "They are back in Killing Voice" it means this time around are their comeback after doing solos. That's why Whee In said as a whole. If I remember correctly probably one of their reason to be in Killing Voice was to Promote their Album, Travel, which include 2 songs, Dingga and Aya. That's why they said to support and love them with their new album at that time.

They were the 1st group to perform killing voice, the 2nd artists after Jessi. They have performed and worked with dingo a couple of times before over the years, and they always appear on dingo to promote their comeback. That’s how Solar was able to request a feature on Killing Verse, but Dingo denied it, cause she isn’t a rapper. So they created Killing Voice. ….So when she first says they are back, she means on Dingo,…then Wheein mentions the comeback saying they are back after a year to promote travel.

In a whole history now of OUTRAGEOUSLY amazing performances, this one is truly EPIC!! I did not know this was the first Killing Voice. But it certainly set the bar high. And if you were not in love with THIS group before seeing THIS, you certainly were in LOVE with them now.

Each Mamamoo member has a very distinct voice, it's impossible not to be able to recognize them not only between the group but in the whole music industry. Hwasa went on a program were they had to recognize her voice among singers trying to imitate her...well they got her voice right every single round. She has such a unique voice color, one of the most beautiful voices I've ever heard.

Decalcomanie is from the French meaning stencil. The Koreans appear to have adopted it in the same way and with the same meaning as we use the German doppelganger, meaning duplicate. Solar and Moonbyul said the same thing at the same time and Wheein referred to them as Decalcomanie.

Always a great video, they have a newer medley, 2 full songs and the medley inbetween released last year on the Hwasa Show episode 8, that is live and a live band as well. Mamamoo is not disbanded, they are still signed with RBW as the group, Solar and moonbyul for solos and their mamamoo+ sub group. Wheein signed with the l1ive for solos. Though her contract with RBW and mamamoo ends this year no word on what will happen but they said in 2021 they would stay a group basically endlessly. Hwasa joined PNation for solos which is Psy's new company.

If the live videos are on one of the big k-pop media channels. There is a good chance to get it blocked. But there are some fan hosted live's out there. Like the Immortal Songs Medley. Always highly recommended by the radish farm. :) Decalcomanie is a french word (I believe) for transferring art from one item to another by pressing them together. The live version to watch for I Miss You is from the Queendom competition. :) Wheein has been signed with TheLive for 2 years now for her solo stuff. So I'm still pretty confident will get another MMM comeback sometime in the next year.

You should react to Killing Voice of EXO and Taeyeon from Girl's Generation. For me these two are the best Killing Voices. EXO is known as the kpop VOCAL KINGS since their debut in 2012. Taeyeon is part of Girls' Generation, the nation's girlgroup since their debut in 2007 and are known as the textbook for girl groups. Taeyeon is surely one of the best singers in Korea.

Thanks guys for reaction mamamoo.. I noticed last few reactions that your mv volume is too low compare to your mic voices volume. We lose a lot of what the video mv content as your voices over whelm the mv sound as u guys dont pause the mv when ur commenting. Can u guys raise the mv volume little .. thank you!
