Sir if i use きよ like this, its will still spell as kyo or it will become another sound? ( if i dont use ょ)

きよ in romaji is written "kiyo". So each character should be distinctly pronounced "ki-yo", as opposed to きょ where the /i/ sound in 'ki' merges with 'yo' and it makes "kyo". It would be easier to just pronounce the two for you to have a better idea, but I hope it makes sense.
