It is true...but bring your wallet! Cost of living has soared in Seattle, over the last 30 years or so. My humble two-bedroom home, that I sold in N. Seattle, back in 1989 for $80 grand...is now worth around $800 grand! And the once nice neighborhood, is now pure crap!

I agree. Most of Seattle is actually pretty nice. Judging the city by Aurora Ave. N. is misleading, most likely deliberately so. Just about any city of any size has areas like this.

I can't see how this complies with 18 USC 2511(2)(d)'s "prior" requirement? Are these for future extortion? Before you say you don't have an expectation of privacy in public, which is true according to the courts, the wiretap consent hinges on consent and not privacy. You intercepted these people without their prior consent and with the intent to publish it without their permission or compensation which cause any claimed consent to be revoked by law. 18 USC 2520 say's you are eligible for at least $10,000 by saying, "no" to being on video or audio. I was born and raised in Seattle, and lived just a mile or so south of the action we see here. As a kid (60 years ago!) I would ride my bicycle up and down this section of Aurora Ave N. It was neat and clean...and boring too!...Some of the ladies look nice indeed...but I wish the poor gals could be placed in one section of the city, and be watched over by local authorities, so they would not get hurt. Ya know, like in various European countries. I hate the idea of "pimps", I would rather see the local government be "the official Pimp".

No...more like between N. 125th, and N. 130th. Many years ago, that area where Lowes is, was the huge parking lot, for a locally famous amusement park-Playland. There was also a quarter-mile dirt race track, called Aurora Speedway. A much more innocent type of "amusement", back in the 1950s! Different kinds of "rides" back then...for 25cents! Those places closed down in the very early 1960s...and this is what we are left with.
