I have looked on their website, in the pdf documentation, Amazon, and the quick start guide and cannot find what the highest capacity SD card the camera will accept. I have the same model you unboxed in this video. Can you tell me what that is?

Normally 128gb for most. Sadly I don't think this model says tho. I would try either 64 or 128 tho.

The camera will accept up to a 256gb micro-sd car and it needs to be formatted before use. I contacted Virtavo customer service. Here is their response: T Most of the Micro SD card/ TF cards are compatible with this device (the capacity is up to 256GB, Dimensions: 0.43in x 0.59in x 0.04in) , you need to format it before insert into sd card. ​@@matthewspencer7237 You need a card reader that will fit the SD card - mine looks like a USB jump drive and is designed for several different types of SD cards such, TF/Micro SD/SDXC/SDHC/UHS-I SD Cards. You insert the SD card into the adapter then connect it to your computer via the USB port. I have a Mac. I use the disk utility app to format the SD card. The disk utility app asks if I want to format the disk I choose yes then I choose if I want the card formatted as a FAT format or eFat format. I chose eFat for the disk I put in the Virtavo camera. The disk utility erases any data on the card that was there prior to the card being formatted then the disk utility formats it and when the disk utility completes the formatting process you are good to go. The SD card still needs to be formatted even if there is no data to erase as formatting makes it recognizable to the camera. I used this method to format the micro SD card I put in my Virtavo camera and the camera recognized it just fine and it is working as it should. I am not sure the procedure if you are using a Windows based computer, however I am sure Windows has a similar application as the disk utility on my Mac. Sadly I don't think so. This is one thing that a lot of cameras need to fix. The only way to update the WiFi information is to delete the camera and set it back up.

I bought the same one and I am getting a message when motion is detected but I can’t figure out how to find the messages again. If I am not using my phone in that moment will I still see that the cameras been tripped?

I have four of these and they work great for maybe a year, then the batteries won't hold a charge. They run on two 18650 batteries that are nearly impossible to replace without cutting the case up. Pretty junky.

How do you link them together? I have 3, and it only fully works on 1. The other 2 are basically just surveillance. I can watch, but it won't record or anything.
