Harder to watch it after hearing what’s happened to the staff in terms of discrimination and pay discrepancies- Bailey and Webber are just as relevant of merideth - all have been there since day 1 but only Ellen Pompeo demanded more money or she’d walk even though she’s known for 8 years that the actress who plays Bailey is getting black list pay
