I will say this about the "washing machine" manipulation. Although I don't consider it anything beyond what you could call "footwork" if this was break dancing??? It is a great way to learn control with both fans in use by teaching handle or blade recognition. This is not as simple as it seems. If you are not precisely opening and closing with each manipulation individually, you're not practicing the entirety of the motion. This combo is not bad at all. Only pretty simple after you've been through other tricks. I can do most other tricks pretty well but I still have difficulty differentiating the subtle differences between handle down or half closed while fanning in order to purposefully close or open afterward. Somehow I can do it better while not paying much attention. Reverse tricks are a bit like that for me as well. I perform them better while not watching myself and only feeling the knife touch my hands.

Can you make an additional series of tricks for double edged balasongs? They really don't have a "safe handle"
@cutter63476 жыл бұрын
Don't flip double edged balisong knifes. Too many cuts and not enough tricks that you can do because the blade will sink into your bone.

@meshuggahdave56075 жыл бұрын
Some double edges still provide a space for the Chaplin on the spine. A double edge isn't a double dare. It's a different object completely. You don't flip double edges even though you can. You stab shit with double edges and then bury the pieces in different places.

In case it helps someone , all these already feel comfortable up to this . And this is just chaining a reverse outside fan ( or 2 or three ) on a generic open. For me I just have to practice making that outside fan feel comfortable. That will require a new trainer instead of a freaking bottle opener LOL I wish I never surrendered all those old classic Balisongs from American world of Martial Arts all thos years ago they were heavy but excellent knives,

Hey, have you ever thought about making a twitter or even just an email so that your viewers (me included) could send clips or suggestions for trick/combo tutorials? I just feel like it would be a lot more interactive than a youtube comment section and being able to send clips of tricks would be a lot better than trying to write out a suggestion in detail. It's fine if you don't want to though, just a suggestion. As always I'll be lookin out for a vid on Friday, Happy flipping.
