I do not work there anymore but I do remember the baffles are on each angle where the two pieces of plywood come together.

I have no experience with tumblers, so what’s the upside of an 8’, besides getting more hides in? Thanks

With an 8' tumbler you have a greater fall distance. That breaks the hides up more. Plus we do buffalo cows moose African critters so we need a big tumbler.

It's all 3/4" plywood

After further inspection they are 2 3/4" pieces of plywood put together so 1 1/2". Sorry for the misinformation
