The 265/65 R17 size is a good fit for the 2021 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk with the two inch lift. I was so happy it fit in the spare tire compartment.

Thanks, pretty happy with the 2 inch lift and 265 65 17 nitto ridge grapplers. I feel way better about it when offroad. No issues so far.

I really appreciate you letting me know that they fit in the spare. Yeah I had the sidewalls peel like that too and I don't even know how it happened. You can take a permanent marker to it to cover it up and maybe drop a drop of rubber cement on there but that's about it.

Good excuse to get a more rugged tire. Lol.

@@Outdoors4adventure yeah I went with the Cooper AT3 4s, 265 65 17. It's still tempting to go with falken wild peak AT3 or nitro ridge grappler or milestar Patagonia next time. These coopers probably do the best on the street out of all of those tires they are not loud at all and they perform extremely well on Road and they do just fine off-road. I do like the falken at3s though that my wife has on her Jeep. I still feel like there's a chance that they're more durable than the coopers they're still not that loud and they drive like a performance tire to be honest. I've had a lot of performance tires on cars in the past and those wild peaks drive like a performance tire.

@@off-roadingexplained8417 My main thing is the tire sidewall protectors. I ran ko2s on my 4x4 titan. Great tire and never had a puncture. Wanted to try something different though. So far no complaints.

Very nice look to those too. Was thinking these or the Falken Wildpeaks

Both are great. We just ran a bunch of gravel and rock roads . Hit a few small mud holes and loving the tires. Feel a lot better with these than the factory firestones.

I had to trim alot of the plastic and metal around mine . Due to rubbing when turning on inclins and ditches
@Outdoors4adventure2 жыл бұрын
Ya, a 265 70 would need some trimming for sure.

I have a 2021 trail hawk unfortunately I have a sensor problem at less than 15k miles and I live in Baja jeep said they will reimburse me but you have to wait 2 t months to get the part I want to upgrade to a bigger tire also just wondering does that void the warranty if you put a 2 inch lift
@Outdoors4adventure Жыл бұрын
Up to two inches shouldn't. Some dealers may try to say it does but If I understand mopars writeup, up to 2 inches is fine. Hope you get back up soon.

Is anybody running wheel spacers with this size with no rubbing?
@Outdoors4adventure Жыл бұрын
I will guess they would rub.
@off-roadingexplained8417 Жыл бұрын
@@Outdoors4adventure I got them on! 0.75 inch wheel spacers and no trimming required. Very mild fender plastic rub during hard turns under load. Fixed the control arm rub 100%

I have a 2014 trailhawk. Wanting to upgrade the tires curious to see if I could get up to this size with no lift and maybe a little trimming. Any thoughts?
@Outdoors4adventure10 ай бұрын
I have read That it is possible and that the lift really doesn't help that much for tire size but more for ground clearance.
@critvido643210 ай бұрын
I appreciate that! Any ways to test sizing out on my vehicle without purchasing tires?

Has anyone just gone up to 255 on stock?
@Outdoors4adventure2 жыл бұрын
I would think they would work. Maybe just a tad heating liner and pushing it back. Discount tire will do a test fit.

I literally just installed 255/65/17 because I still wasn't confident in 265 and I do not have a lift on mine still stock height. I have even more room than this and don't have to think about heating the fenders. This still makes me wonder though could I have done it.

Are the 19 wheel wells different from the 21 wheel wells?

19 should be same as mine. Redesign with 4 lights up front instead of 6.
