I have so many skin allergies and my product options are sooo limited. It would be great to have videos reviewing brands like clarityRX and products within larger brands like LRP and Skinceuticals that have minimal ingredients. Or even ideas of how to maintain an anti-aging regime when you cannot use a lot of these anti-aging ingredients. Having a linalool and propylene glycol allergy are the two hardest allergies to work around :( like, I can’t even use aloe Vera.

As I dental hygienist I want to educate you on what those gum measurements are. The first set of measurements are checking the space between your gums and teeth aka “pockets” which checks for presence of inflammation and to what extent. This is what your hygienist was commenting on vs recession. Recession is when your gums peel away from your tooth revealing the roots of the teeth. Once there’s recession it cannot be improved without surgical intervention. Almost all adults have gum recession because the causes are numerous and are common. Recession doesn’t usually need to be treated but we monitor that with the periodontal chart. BTW I used to be team Sonicare until a rep gave me the new Oral B IO electric toothbrush. Next. Level. 🤯

Thanks, Angie some great recommendations that I've taken in the past is the eye massager, and that tire pump. I gave that to my husband a couple of years ago. At first he was skeptical and now he's obsessed with that tool!! Lots of good links. Oh, and I have used the CosRX "peel" and I really like it. It's spicy at first, but your skin gets used to it and you don't peel from it or at least I didn't which I like.

Hi Angie, I'm always so glad I can watch your videos right after you post because I'm hoping you see my question. I've had the Omnilux Mask for a couple of years. Recently I've noticed that sometimes the lights appear to blink for a few seconds. I don't know if I just didn't notice it before because I do the same routine you do. Keep the mask by my bed and snooze for 10 more minutes. I'm worried that it may be going on the fritz. Have you ever noticed an occasional blink?

I tried contacting Omnilux about buying a new recharger device and they never got back to me. I think I've had mine for 3 yrs. It just doesn't hold a charge anymore. I get 2 uses out of it before needing to recharge. But the mask still works fine.

If your tires are constantly running low on air, you need new tires. I know it’s not glamorou, but it’s dangerous to drive around with leaking tires or tires that won’t stay properly inflated.
