सर आपका ये विश्लेषण सच मे बहोत जरुरी था हमे अपणे मौलिक अधिकार के महत्त्व समझणे के लिये संविधान ने दिये मौलिक अधिकार का महत्व हम सभी को पता होणा जरुरी है परंतु ईन्ही मौलिक अधिकारो का हणन करणे का काम ईंदीरा गांधीणे किया जिसकी वजहसे देश को आपत्काल देखणा पडा और अब यही हाल पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी जैसे सत्तालोभी सत्ता पिपासु कर रहे है न्यायालयो मे भाजप समर्थक नियुक्त किये जाते है जो भाजप के पक्षमे न्याय देते है जैसे बिल्कीस बाणो केस के सभी बलात्कारी यो को छोडणा बंम्ब धमाके के आरोपी बलात्कार के आरोपी हत्याकांड के आरोपीयों को निर्दोष घोषित कर उणको सत्ता मे ले आणा, किसाणो के अधिकार का हणन करणा, न्यायालय से राम मंदिर के पक्ष मे निर्णय करवाणा, मुसलमानोके धार्मिक अधिकार मे दखल देणा ये सब अभी हो रहा है और ये करणेमे समर्थन देणे वाले न्यायाधीशोको राज्य सरकार मे सांसद बणाया जा रहा है ये सब देश के जणतंत्र के विरोध मे किया जा रहा है लोगोको अपणे मौलिक अधिकार और लोकशाही को बचाणा है तो मोदी और भाजप जैसी घिणौणी सरकार को देश की सत्ता से दुर रखणा होगा नहीं तो जणता जैसे गोरोकी गुलाम थी पर अब ईण काली करतुत वाले कालो की गुलाम हो जाएगी
