I’m exactly the person you describe - new to essential oils and wanting to get more knowledgeable. I’ve had people tell me, “oh, don’t worry, they’re organic, you can’t overdo it.” Well, arsenic and cyanide are organic, as are many poisons and toxins! I don’t want them! Getting more knowledgeable all the time, and eager to know more.

We put a few drops of eucalyptus oil on the chairs pillows even on cotton balls and it helps amazingly with the nose and same with coughing, tee tree oil the same, we do the same with pepermint oil too put a few drops on our pj's too before bed, even on our beds too so relaxing we put eucalyptus oil in the mop bucket too, with hot water and the steam from that helps greatly too...

I absolutely love E.O.s and have used them extensively for years. I have done a ton of research on estrogen and discovered than Lavendar (my favorite) is an estrogen receptor and many essential oils raise estrogen levels. Thats fine in many cases ,but it you are estrogen dominant any type of phytoestrogen or estrogen receptor is a very bad thing!!! Hormone imbalances can result which cause a gamut of problems.

Back in 1991 when I was going to school for Esthetics, I learned about Aromatherapy and essential oils. We were told Nutmeg essential oil can be very dangerous if not diluted properly. In fact, a past student accidentally used too much and began to hallucinate. Have you heard of this happening? I have been using essential oils ever since. Just not nutmeg Lol

Hello! I always love our videos and would like to be put on your wait list for the course :) I have been using oils for almost 8 months now & in the middle of converting my home to using them exclusively for healing remedies, cleaning, laundry and personal care. My main concern is that when I first turn on my diffuser in the morning, the aroma is awesome but as the day goes on, it seems as if I can hardly smell it. Any suggestions/tips?

I am new to EO and number one question bugging me is that how much EO is too much? For example how many times in a day can I use a blend in roller bottle! Or Can I use different roller bottle for different purposes in a day?
I used 100% pure tea tree oil on my scalp and it caused my hair to fall out in that area.. Also I have swelling and burning sensation on my scalp that has not gone away. Went to the dermatologist and they gave me some ointment but it doesn't seem to be doing anything. PLEASE HELP. I fear that I will have to deal with this issue for the rest of my life.

Use organic castor oil, it will grow your hair back. Do research on it and make sure you're not allergic and do a spot test first.
@peaceevbuomwan78153 жыл бұрын
Hi, so sorry to hear that. I think you had that reaction because you did not dilute the oil, but I'm sure you can heal. First, I advice that you discontinue the oil if you haven't done so yet. For the next steps of healing, I don't have specific advice other than finding a good dermatologist or natural healing. Lastly, to avoid future reactions, just make sure you dilute any essential oil with a carrier oil like Coconut oil, butters like Shea Butter or both.
