That gave me an idea for a way for them to handle any problems in the future. The Creature Treetopia Battle Coliseum. Sure it wold take a lot of time and stone to build, unless it's done with creative mode, but it could host many gladiator style fights. Have a dirt floor, a lava pit, a creeper pit, and maybe 2 or 3 tied up wildcats. Then you could have a couple of guys enter the arena, trade out their current equipment for leather armor and iron swords and maybe a bow and let them fight it out fairly.

Maybe this way Koots could get cocoa beans because the goal of the battle is allowing the player to do one thing they like whether it be take over a land, get cocoa beans, spawn in a couple of items, or other things. Just a suggestion because it would be nice to settle everything for everyone once and for all.

First: SPOILER ALERT IN THE WHOLE COMMENT SECTION PRETTY MUCH. Second: To clear stuff up here. NO ONE WAS CHEATING. There was NO RULES in the match, And tbh I think that was for the better. They DID NOT fully agree on any prize to the winner. BUT the prize they didn't fully agree on, was that if Aleks won he will get James whole property. And if James won he will be allowed to enter Aleks property and help him on his Wallmart and get half of the Wallmart business. BUT NOT Aleks whole property or half of his Hotel. And for those who say Aleks is a sore loser because he was quiet after losing, that is not true. If you listened closely you could hear him say that he was impressed about himself all most surviving 2 hits. At about 18:50 . Now a last thing: I really hope that everyone knows that this is pure ENTERTAIMENT and NOTHING SERIOUS at all. No matter how serious it might sound it isn't. They are all REALLY GOOD FRIENDS who do what they enjoy, so stop thinking anyone is being serious about it. That is all, hope people will read and understand this. :)

the iron sword is pretty much the same as diamond it is because Aleks didn't hit James he only put lava down but didn't land a hit that is why he won and the enchant made no difference it was smite and unbreaking that made no difference

Ya know, if he just gave James permission to walk in the hotel (without breaking or placing blocks, I might add), there would have been no problem. I mean, plopping your house directly nest to someone else's and trying to claim half of their property as your own and then building a hotel directly under their house is one thing, but trying to gain ownership of another property through means of standing on a platform and pouring lava on them is just a little bit much. Just a little.
