I usually underrate the private schools in NC, but honestly, these teams did look like #1 and #2 with this game(Even tho it seemed like PD was a little off this game). Should be a crazy rematch come playoff time. Also, Rabun Gap’s pass rush is ELITE.

2019 Rabun Gap ranked #193 in NC. Then shoots to #8 in NC by 21. This program is barely a decade-old. Now there #1 in the state. They have been total garbage until 21. A true miracle considering 22k in state and 60k out of state tuition. 🤔

Take 2 minutes to read or just move one. I'm not hating on the Gap, they're nice af regardless. Hats off. Some Context: A private boarding school, that cost 60K a year, for out of state (many players are). Just pops up, and over the past three years, has become one of the more dominant teams in the south. NC is guilty of our own transgressions here, we've tried this exact shxt. Although with mediocre results. I have arguments to support RG and support NC Football. Most of these kids (typically) are from up North, are from other states, or snatched from smaller programs. I just can't agree with OP's statement, nah bro. Respectfully I can paint a clearer picture for you that makes RG look smart and shows how they've transcended their program by choosing to compete in NC. But it doesn't validate in what you seem to be implying. It was RG's only solution as NC has the perfect amount of private school football programs in 3 divisions with tons of teams (from total trash, to pretty somewhat competitive*year dependent* like HPCA, Asheville School, Ravenscroft, Christ School, Metrolina Christian, to the elite like Providence Day, Charlotte Cristian, Charlotte Latin, and on and on. This allowed a new program like RG to choose different divisions and slowly work their way up within NC, unlike any other logistically located state. What the future holds? IDK. I'm interested, but want to see some rather elite 7aGA and 4aNC matchups in that schedule please.

With a background in psychology, I'm amazed how often, especially online, where we see only avatars or blank canvases (at most, miniscule glimpses of others lives) yet we so easily see in others what we may not (frankly cannot due to intense self hate, resentment, pain, trauma, etc.) want to acknowledge in ourselves.
