To make my Giant Gingerbread Man Cake, I began with 20lbs of my Gingerbread Cake which features delicious fancy molasses, dark brown sugar, and tons of spices to give it all the delicious flavors of gingerbread. The cake is then filled with a sweet Italian meringue buttercream and stacked with gingersnaps and ginger orange jam for an extra tangy bite. Finally, the cake is decorated with various red and green candy - like a classic gingerbread man!

I am watching this in 2020 and I am a perfectionist and all of my friends weren't one, but now that I see this I know I am not alone. For example, we were decorating and I swear that I moved my Christmas tree like 15 times until I thought it was right. I would've moved it more, but my husband said it looked perfect. Once I made a cake that looked like a pie for a pi day contest at school. I won but i spent all night with my mum trying to get the fondant to look right. It kept falling apart and tearing but we managed to get it to a good stage.
