⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great video tips. Loved the analysis of different books and the comments. You say things that others don't. I look forward to an in depth Retro View video as well.

Good video, thank you. Two things though, you reviewed recently published books which I would have thought needed more time to show their possible sales. Secondly, sometimes Amazon dictates the price to cover their printing costs. Last month, I had to select $11.95 for a children's book when I would have preferred $8.95 or lower.

Yes I'm guessing you're doing colored interiors. Those are more expensive. But both black and white and color interiors have a minimum price based on page count.

Great video! I have a question though, can I use Titans pro for my Novels in Amazon kdp?

Thanks. Absolutely. Titans Pro will be good for that too. Especially for Amazon ads too. 🙂

It’s one of the rare videos, when you get specifics and not a lot of B.S. Who cares if someone sell a book 50 or 500 books if we don’t know the reasons for this (he/she could spend more on advertising that even didn’t brake even). Own research from reliable sources is most important. However, one has to learn how to do the research first, otherwise it’s just a waste of time. It’s not important that this video is long, because it has a good deal of important information. 👍

Well, thank you for your efforts and excellent analytical skills🎉 I want to ask you about if we apply all the things correctly ( good keywords , title , subtitle , good cover , good interior , description , and ofc high demand and low competition niche ) how long can it take to start getting sales organically for instance 700 competition niche and thank you in advance❤

Building up momentum with KDP takes time especially if doing it without Amazon ads or outside marketing that is actually driving sales. So keep consistent, keep learning, keep publishing, and you will get there. 😍

@@SelfPublishingTitans also I want to ask you. I create some coloring books with the help of canva and canva ai, like the designs without editing them. Is that a problem ?
@SelfPublishingTitans4 ай бұрын
@@musodeslife I know some people have issues with Canva and also keep in mind that not all Canva elements are trademark free. And if you use AI images, it is sometimes needed to edit them. Not all AI images come out perfect. Sometimes there are imperfections or things that do not makes sense or do not belong in the image, etc. And just make sure when you use AI to create a book that you do tell KDP that is is created / assisted with AI. (They ask for this during the upload process / listing creation.)

@@SelfPublishingTitans What difference does it make when you tell Amazon that your work is AI generated?
@SelfPublishingTitans4 ай бұрын
@@victorynwaibe2247 not sure. But the truth matters. Especially long term for account safety. Lying about something is not needed especially when they allow it but just want the data.

Fantastic video- thank you! I'd love to see some videos that deal with: what is an acceptable ACOS, is there a time period where you can live with an ACOS where you're losing money on advertising? How long should you give your book to get traction before you ditch your marketing efforts on it? What are reasonable daily budgets? How do you manage this when you're trying to sell multiple books? What is a healthy conversion rate? What is a healthy click-through rate? When should you consider changing the cover of your book? Can you print the same coloring book with 2 different covers? Do you need a new ISBN if it's the same coloring book but with a different cover? How to create A+ content. How long realistically you need to keep advertising your book before you can realistically expect it to have organic traction by itself? Or are we committing to advertising our books forever? In your tool- it would be great if we had a calculator to input royalty amount, advertising budget and how many books we need to sell a month to be profitable. When is it realistic to expect to start making a profit. Is it actually worthwhile selling these medium content books rather than books that sell as e-books- because at the end of the day - your margin is so small and you still need to pay marketing costs out of that. I hope there are some useful suggestions here- and I look forward to watching your other videos! A Huge congratulations by the way on selling 200,000 books! That is HUGE! That's another possible thing you could do a video on- is just simple encouragement- because I'm sure there are many who put heart and soul into getting that first book out there and then it doesn't perform or you realise you have to spend so much marketing it that you may be wasting your time- especially if you want to actually make a living out of self-publishing. Perhaps you can give some anecdotes on your own experience starting out and when you started seeing profits?
