So much sadly expected hot air on these segments. If both teams execute largely mistake free football at the elite level where they both are across the roster then the Chiefs are about to run into a buzzsaw and will be lucky to lose by only 10. Mahomes is a problem for everyone and will play his late slide, flop, and sideline games effectively for a number of first downs, but Eagles defense is still largely up to that. The Chiefs defense while playing much better is NOT up to Jalen and Saquon both running the ball.

The mass media doesn't understand at all how the Chiefs defense plays. They are talking about McDuffie pressing and that being the key. Yes, he does that some, but he also plays drop man, zone, slot, and blitzes. Spags constantly changes the scheme, adjusts, and realigns everyone. Its the confusion that causes havoc. Like Belichick he is great at exploiting something they saw in film at the most opportune time. Like the corner blitz, like Josh Allen always going left, like CMC beating his head against a wall last year in the Superbowl, etc. Also, the Chiefs defense is the best tackling defense the Eagles have played all year.
