You're not crazy ay all! This is not only important to make sure you have enough of each ingredient for each jar/bouquet- which for the first 2 years, I didnt do, & I would just stay building after harvesting everything I had available & I would always end up with a ton leftover of a certain ingredient, & nothing to do with it, so it would go to waste... But keeping track of your inputs is also so important, in order to maoe sure youre profitable. If you dont want to be doing all of thos work for free, you need to make sure you're not putting $15 worth of flowers into a jar that your selling for $15...

Do the vendors have a back-up plan, e.g., "If it rains all day Saturday, we will sow up on Sunday at 'fill in the blank' and sell." With social media, word could get out to the customers on Saturday night.
