Biggest mistakes

Worst case scenario or there is my head.In 2018 I made two mistakes on a router table. I'm lucky and all my fingers are in place. Then I looking this video my heart goes crazy. Guys be careful and think twice!!!!!

How do you prevent kick back on a router table? If you use some type of guard; will it hinder your vision/dexterity?
