Hi Everyone! Today I have a pretty massive declutter for you all. I would really like to get down to about 100 bottles eventually, but these 30ish bottles today will bring me down close to 130. Most of these fragrances I do still enjoy, but haven't been wearing. Have you decluttered anything? What are you thoughts on the fragrances I'm letting go? Thanks for watching!

Great video! I love the fact that you can let go of stuff, we need more KZbinrs like that🙏🏽. Dust collectors in the cupboard make no sense. It is just ”bound capital’. So many of these fragrances I also have decluttered, Santal Blush, 40 Knots, Figues & Agrumes (also thinking about Iris Dragees), Rouge Saray and more! Beautiful bottles do create a stickiness and make them difficult to get rid of.

I have a 200 ml bottle of Vétiver D'Hiver and, although I still love it, I rarely wear it! I have soooo many to declutter that it's a bit overwhelming...but I can live vicariously through you!

Anything beauty, self-care, etc related I put in the ladies room at work too!😁 Sometimes I'll leave a note it's from my personal stash so they now some rando didn't leave something "unsafe" behind. Someone always scoops it up, which makes me so happy! Other times it just gets used up while in the restroom - like hand lotion. Lotion is always popular.

I have been decluttering my (much smaller) collection lately. I was out of town most of the summer and relied almost completely on my collection of travel sprays, so when I returned to my full collection there were scents I really missed wearing and ones and I didn't. I decluttered Guerlain's SDV! And Rouge Saray. I'm considering parting ways with Lush's coffee and cardamom, Byredo's Bal D'Alfrique, Tihota, and Dior's Hypnotic Poison which I all like but don't wear often.

I am a ready stalking your Mercari page 😄I’d love to purchase the bottle of Thé Noir; maybe Gris Dior too, but also need to be careful about adding to my own collection before really thinking about it. I’ve been in a declutter mood too. Some lucky Mercari buyers got Commodity Milk, Milky Musk from Parle Moi, and Coffee Addict from Theodoros Kalotinis. Loved all three but I wasn’t reaching for them as much anymore. I think my scent preferences have been changing recently.

I fully understand. I don’t have that many bottles but I’m no longer going to keep bottles I don’t like and I’m not going to use. I just need to sit down and make it happen. The key is not to shop to replace them. I do prefer to keep my travel sprays and decants but only the ones I like. Otherwise I gift them during the holidays.

Hello Tara, I think it makes sense to get rid of the fragrances your not using. It's interesting how interest in certain notes fluctuates. I have heard more than one content creator mention they are tired of Sandalwood. It wasn't long ago that it was the most talked about fragrance note. Iris seems to be having a moment and is all over the frag comm. I agree that having too many fragrances with the same notes would leave some unworn. Letting the unworn fragrances go would allow them to be used before they could go bad. It may allow you to make room for some new fragrances and the money you get from selling could potentially go toward that. Sometimes our tastes change or we buy something blindly due to the hype but don't love it. Hopefully your closer to knowing your best of the best options now. - Jenn

Absolutely, Jenn! Very well said! I totally agree with you. As you know, I've long been a lover of iris, but I have seen it become a lot more popular recently as well. So interesting how these trends fluctuate.

Hi Tara, you know I find myself decluttering and then buying more fragrances to replace them. So 100 bottles may be a stretch . I am 💯 percent sure as long as I continue to tune into to fragrances content I will have the urge to buy. I think I only have 130 full bottles, and 25 Travel Roja Dove and then I have a bunch of 15 ml by Xerjoff. Most untouched. I would LOVE to have only 50 ton75 max that I love and wear often and would repurchase.....but not sure if I could ever.....
