Here's a problem, I fucking hate how deceiving food nutrition labels are! I wanted to buy protein bars at the shop, so I did comparison between calories and all, bought heaps of the one that seemed to be the lowest calorie and it turns out a tiny protein bar is 3 FUCKING servings. Who the hell considers a protein bar anything more than 1 serving? The second you open it, you have to eat it anyway. They need to stop with their bullshit tactics trying to make the food seem healthier. Just mention the calories per package and also per 100g. Don't go on about how many serving a bar is!
