Biggest Problem in Vida V1 Pro with Fast Charging at Charging station - Must watch this

Bhai mai v Vida V1 Pro chala raha hu aur ye bohut hi acchi scooty hai. It's unfortunate ki bhai ko ye dikkat aayi but it usually never happens. And hero ka customer support at least reply ya response deta hai, aap baaki k companies ki baat karoge toh koi phone v nahi uthata. Again I am sorry for your experience but Vida V1 Pro bohut hi acchi scooty hai.

the same issue happened with me,this is night and i am stuck with no support from Vida.

@@AnishSingh-qg7ek then things are pretty simple open 4 screws from front pannel and pull the ejecter pin.The interesting part is nobody from vida support was aware of this safety mechanism and my scooty was stuck at charging station overnight,i was lucky because the charging station was secure.In the morning when i called the local service station they told me this mechanism and tada vida support guys are dumb is proved i waited 12 hours just to pull an injector which vida support guys were not aware.

Break down of my Vida.... RSA support saying we can't arrange RSA before 12 hours after wating for 3 long hours in road. Pathetic service....very dangerous because limp home activated in the middle of road don't know how....and no proper assistance by customer care.

@@gkunzru062009 one of the major issue is the scooty stops on road..there is no support what they call rsa.the parts are not available.no home service.technically they cannot resolve major issues.if you are stuck somehwr due to breakdown,u r there by urself.no support.water gets in the boot.battery major issue.even top level management cannot resolve ssues.etc etc etc

I faced it once. But otherwise there is no problem with the scooter. One major design issue is during rain water will sip inside the back side storage not the front battery storage one.
