Erik has almost 4 times as many videos out as Mike does. I'm not that big of a Fan of eirks channel since alot of it is in Spanish and he kinda throws out some videos just to post it seems. But Erik also has been shouted out on Lives from Ryan so that also helps. Plus nothing against Mike but sometimes he goes a month without posting anything and that don't help. Ryan puts out enough to keep people interested and looking forward to Monday Wednesday and Friday mornings. Also putting out shorts and doing lives help.

A trail cam put on a tree high enough that someone can’t easily reach it would give you an idea about who is doing you dirty! Or you could place it in a shrub, hidden and just get a view of who! They’re not expensive, and easily disguised.

I find it odd that a young guy trying to establish his business doesn't want more accounts. When you are starting out, it's about quantity, quality, and reliability. I also suggest that you have a service level agreement that states how much snow needs to be on the ground before you need to plow it. This keeps the customer's expectations in line and allows you to plan your work better rather than running around six times on the same account.

Hey we do plowing too and nothing wrong with going six times, six times = six checks where I’m from. Whether you charge per time or per hour, the longer you work at it the more you make. If your one of those that just wanna hit it once and be done then your not makin the money you could be!

Socket or even a fuel line sliced down the middle and pull the shaft out of actuator and put fuel line over it to keep it pushed in for ya, common for shift motors to make noise and not work also
