This year alone in the UFC there have been so many occasions where a fighter that everyone expects to climb the rankings and become a problem ends up losing pretty early on in their career, and some of these fraud checks are much worse than others, so i've ranked the biggest fraud checks this year on a tier list from S to D tier.

Dustin is old and lost by KO in the fight prior. Also Blaydes vs Almeida was a pick em fight in terms of odds. Jailton was NOT a huge favorite. He just shot a shit takedown.

I don’t think BSD was properly fraud checked. He had staph which significantly impacted his gas tank and even won the 1st round of the Dustin fight but the staph just completely ruined his stamina into the 2nd round.

That's fair but he was also getting hit pretty hard in the first. I don't think he can go 5 rounds anyways so I think Staph just made him lose in r2 instead of r4 or 5 tbh. Getting hit like that for 5 rounds is going to get you finished no matter what unless you're holloway

BSD in A when he was suffering staph infection, visibly slower with a worse gas tank, losing to a guy who beat 4 champions, was a former interim champion, and even had Dustin beat in the first round. Almeida in C when he got brutally knocked out by curtis blaydes, who was never even a title challenger in arguably the worst display of fight iq shown in the ufc as a huge favorite. Literally what 💀
