not me, always thought he was miscast. Great actor but Wolverine is not 6'3" and that's something i can't easily overlook. In fact his mannerism and physique seems more consistent with Sabretooth. I don't blame the younger fans since this is the version of Wolverine they grew up with, but for comics and 90s cartoon xmen fans, shame on you for endorsing Jackman's Wolverine, yall should know better. Hollywood just puts anything out for money, without respecting the source, and y'all just gobble it up and ask for more. A huge aspect that made the Wolverine character is his short stature. The thing about Wolverine's middle finger claw in the first movie was also the fact that we see Scott apparently smiling to himself, showing that he was acknowledging that Wolverine's claw to flip him off was amusing to him. It showed that despite their rivalry for Jean, they could still be friends somewhat even when they were being dicks to each other. And during the initial opening of Wolverine in the cage match, you also didn't mention the fact that he doesn't start actually fighting seriously until the opponent knees him in the nuts. Remember the guy at the beginning when he says "Whatever you do, don't hit him in the nuts" and the "He'll take it personally." It was a great moment showing Wolverine didn't really care about much unless you pissed him off.

The scene in first class was semi unscripted, Hugh didn't think the scripted response had enough 'logan' in it, and so he adlibbed the line that made it into the movie, the baffled expressions on Xavier and Magneto's faces was a genuine reaction that they rolled into and walked back out to the door in character, assuming they'd be setting back up for another take. So not only is it a perfect wolverine moment, the perfect use of the pg-13's 1 f-bomb, but also wasn't even originally planned to be there. Assuming what i read wasn't complete bollocks anyways.

You can tell because at the end of Origins his disembodied head said "shhh". He's not immortal because he's getting older and sicker. He's just aging slower.The adamantium in his body is killing him. I know adamantium is "unbreakable" but at the end of Wolverine he had his claws cur off by the Silver Samuari. I know that at the end of Logan X-24 had half of his head blown off by an adamantium bullet but that was stretched a bit. If nothing can break adamantium, that means adamantium can't break adamantium. Adamantium is not some magical metal that can break anything but can't be broken itself. Being shot at the same speed as a led bullet, adamantium would have the same effect as a normal bullet. I wish I could explain it a little better but I'm not smart at explaining things. But I'm right. Trust me.

He had survived being decapitated in the comics, and even went on regenerate even after getting his skin and flesh completely disintegrated. They still haven't showed us that it can't happen in the movies and he was never killed off by getting his head cut off. He also was immortal like Deadpool, he didn't even age at all at the beginning. The only reason he got sick and old was due to the Adamantium affecting his mutations, even Deadpool can be killed if you affect/remove his mutations like in Deadpool 2 where the collar affected his mutations and a bullet was enough to kill him. I don't know who told you that Adamantium isn't unbreakable, because neither the comics nor the movies claimed it.
