Filipino dishes you have not tried yet are Chicken Pastel ( stew in coconut milk ) Arroz Valenciana ( Paella with raisins, without meat ), Piccadillo ( minced meat with peas & carrots ) Dynamite ( Sliced Jalapeno, with motzzarella, minced meat wrapped in a Lumpia wrapper ) Okoy ( Shrimp oval fritters with suka ) For dessert, try the Brazo de Mercedes ( its like Baked Alaska but smoother. It just might make you forget your Ube Cheesecake, maybe ) I'm hoping Casa Filipina can accommodate you with these dishes, because I can see another 'million views' video with these. Next time try this dish called Beef Steak or Bistek with rice. Also try Sinigang, it's like a sour soup. Great to have when it is cold outside. Not sure if you'll have the stomach for this but there is also a dish called Dinuguan or Blood stew. It can be made with chicken, beef or pork. This is great to eat with Puto. Also try Kare Kare, it's more of a peanut based stew but it is AWESOME!! Lastly you will have to try Lechon.

In Manila, try satying at BGC it is the safest and nicest spot there.. you will see the venice grand canal mall there.. then on iprovinces or beach try el nido palawan the best! and boracay.. definitely will take your breath away ❤ of course please try local street foods and local karinderias or eateries
